Bonnievale River Lodge offers stylish, self catering accommodation in the heart of the Robertson Wine Valley. Surrounded by Farm land, you can enjoy a rural experience but not far from civilization and the wonders that the area has to offer.

In addition to the accommodation, we have a camp site alongside the Breede river, all sites have electricity. We have hot water ablutions and communal kitchen.

Enjoy the beautiful swimming pool set in the vineyard!

We are situated 3 kms from Bonnievale town centre in the direction of Robertson, 200kms from Cape Town, 230kms from George. Surrounded by farms and vineyards, we are perfectly positioned to explore the Robertson wine route and the Route 62 region. Enjoy fishing, swimming in the river, bird watching or just chilling under the trees. Bring canoes, tubes, lilos or anything that floats. There is a lot to do in the area. Wine tasting, 4×4 trails, hiking andriver cruises among others.

A 15 minute journey takes you to the Route 62. We are an Ideal half way stop en-route to the Garden Route.

These Rates are a general indication of the rates charged for 2014. Lower or higher rates may apply depending on season and length of stay.

Fisherman’s Cabin

sleeps 2, R500-R600 per night. 1 child can be accommodated on a camp bed @ R100 per night.

The Farmhouse (10)

Sleeps 10 in total in the following configuration. The rooms are connected by a central courtyard.

Main House: Self Catering, sleeps 10 in total in 4 separate units.

The main house consists of 1 suite with bathroom and one twin bedded room which shares the bathroom. There are 2 adjoining suites, The East and the West Suites with their own entrances and bathrooms which sleep 2 each. The rate is R375 per person per night. Half price for children aged 2-12.

The East Suite:

Sleeps 2, R600 per night if booked on its own.

West Suite: Semi Self Catering

sleeps 2, R600 per night if booked on its own.

Vineyard suite: Self Catering

sleeps 2, R700 per night. (sleeps 2) 1 child can be accommodated on a camp bed @ R100 per night.

Camping

R120 per adult, R60 per child aged 2-12.

Rates change from December 2015 R130 per adult, R65 per child aged 2-12.

Mid-Week discounts are available for 3 nights or more. Discounts are available during the off peak season. Rates are subject to change without notice. Minimum Site rate for peak periods, festivals and in season weekends. Minimum of 2 nights over weekends unless booked 48 hours in advance.

Checkin and checkout times:

Camping: Check in 2pm, Check out 12.30. School hols check out 11am.

Accommodation: Check in 3pm, Check out 10.30.

NO EARLY CHECK IN FOR ACCOMMODATION.
EARLY CHECK IN FOR CAMPING ONLY BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT.
